The NEOH NoCheezecake shows the wide spectrum of our specially developed and secret sugar substitute. The original idea to bake with NEOH's secret sugar substitute came from the BILLA "Start-up Ticket" department. Now this cooperation is going into the second round. The result: crispy vegan shortbread topped with a plant-based cream and fresh raspberries.
