Ingredients (ca. 10 Portions)
The chocolate version:
2 NEOH CrossBars
2 tablespoons oatmeal (~14g)
1 tablespoons peanut butter (~ 8g)
1½ tablespoons coconut flakes (~ 12g)
½ tablespoon de-oiled cocoa powder (~ 5g)
1 tablespoons Chia seeds (~ 8g)
1 tablespoon agaven sirup (~ 5g)
1½ tablespoons water
The raspberry version:
1 NEOH Raspberry CrossBar
50g frozen raspberries
2 tablespoons oatmeal (~ 14g)
1 tablespoon chia seeds (~ 8g)
2 tablespoon coconut flakes (~ 8g)
1½ tablespoons grated almonds (~ 12g)
1 tablespoon xylitol (~ 8g)
½ tablespoon water
How To
Chocolate
First shred the NEOH bars in the food Processor and put them aside. Spread the coconut flakes on a plate. Therafter mix the oatmeal with all the other ingredients including water. Now knead the crushed NEOH bars into the mass. Now roll some 2,5 x 2,5cm sized balls with the mass an roll em on the plate with the coconut flakes till they are nicely covered. Before eating put the NEOH raw energy bites in the fridge for about one hour. If you store the bites in the fridge, they are stable for 6 to 7 days.
Raspberry
Shred the NEOH Raspberry CrossBars in the food Processor and put them aside. Spread 1½ tablespoons of coconut flakes on a plate. Then chop the raspberries and mix them with oatmeal and water. Now add the almonds, chia seeds, the rest of coconut flakes and xylitol. Then mix the shredded bars into the mass. Finally, quickly form balls and roll them in coconut flakes. Then put in the fridge for at least 1 hour. The bites can be stored in the fridge for 4 to 5 days.
