Coconut NEOH kisses
Ingredients (approx. 20 portions)
7 egg whites
1 pinch of salt
2ml vanilla flavoring
150g coconut flakes
100g finely grated almonds
100g finely grated NEOH Coconut CrossBars
50g MESQUITE flour
First preheat the oven to 130°C (convection) and line the baking tray with baking paper. Then beat 4 egg whites until stiff and gradually stir in the mesquite flour slowly. Then beat 3 more eggs into peaks until quite stiff and shiny. Carefully fold the pure egg whites into the egg white-mesquite mixture.
As a next step, carefully fold in coconut flakes, almonds and the NEOH Coconut CrossBar “flakes”. With the help of 2 teaspoons you can form small balls which are then placed on the baking tray. Bake the coconut NEOH kisses for 15 to 20 minutes.
