NEOH Granola

Ingredients (approximately. 40 Portionen)

  • 4 NEOH CrossBars
  • 100g para nuts
  • 100g almonds
  • 90g oatmeal
  • 90g spelled flakes
  • 3 tablespoons black sesame (~36 g)
  • 3 tablespoons flaxseed
  • 3 tablespoons amaranth
  • 3 tablespoons chopped pumkin seeds
  • 3 tablespoons sunflower seeds
  • 3 tablespoons hemp nuts
  • 4 tablespoons sunflower seed oil (~ 60ml)
  • 4 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 5 tablespoons agave thick juice (~ 75ml)

How -To

It is getting hot: heat the oven to 60°C (convection)

The we move on to handicraft: Crush the para nuts and the almonds and mix them together with the flakes, seeds and crop. Then mix in the oils as well as the agave thick juice. Then spread the granola mass evenly on the baking sheet with baking paper as a base layer. Put the baking sheet in the oven for about 35 minutes. Do not forget to mix the granola every 10 minutes. Because the only thing we want to burn are calories, right? After 20 minutes mix in the crushed NEOH bars and bake it till the granola is golden brown.
