Rum balls (without alcohol)
Ingredients (approx. 25 portions)
4 dates, stones
3 NEOH CrossBars
40g almonds unpeeled
2 tablespoon of Yacon-Syrup
1 tablespoon of desiccated coconut (~ 15g)
1 tablespoon coconut oil (~ 10g)
1ml rum aroma
Crush all the ingredients in the cutter until a very fine mass is obtained. Then chill this mixture for 15 to 20 minutes. Then take out the mass and form small balls with rapid movements. Finally roll the balls in desiccated coconut and let them chill again. Take the rum balls out of the fridge about 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
