What is the NEOH Loyalty Program?

You can collect valuable points with every purchase in our online shop. You can then redeem these as you wish for discounts and free products.

Who can participate?

Anyone who has an account is automatically registered.

How do I get points?

You can collect points through various activities. For example, by signing up, telling friends about NEOH, following us on social media channels, and by making purchases in our online shop. To see how you earn points, click on "Collect Points" in the menu.

Where can I see how many points I have collected?

You can see, when you are logged in, directly on the left side how many points you have already collected.

How can I redeem my points?

You can redeem your points by clicking on "Redeem Points" in the menu on the left. Here you will immediately see which discounts you can select directly.

Is there a limit to how many points I can collect?

No, you can collect as many points as you want. You can redeem them repeatedly for benefits.

What do the statuses "approved", "pending", and "cancelled" mean?

Approved: These points can be redeemed immediately for rewards.

Pending: These points need to be verified before you can redeem them. This usually applies to purchases and transfers.

Cancelled: These points will not be credited to your account. This is the case, for example, if you cancel your purchase (the points are changed from "pending" to "cancelled").

What happens if my friend cancels the order?

Your pending points will then be canceled.

Why have my points decreased?

This can happen if you or someone you recommended NEOH to cancels the purchase.

I completed an activity but did not receive any points!

It can sometimes take a few minutes for your activity to be reflected in points.

Can I redeem my points at checkout?

Not directly, you will receive a voucher code which you should enter at checkout to receive the discount.

How can I leave the program?

If you no longer want to collect points and want to benefit from the great discounts, please contact our support so they can remove you from the program. You will lose all points and unfortunately, we cannot restore them.

What happens if I leave the program and want to rejoin later?

Please contact us, then we can help you log in again. Unfortunately, you will still have to start collecting points from scratch.
