The truth lies in the blood sugar curve
We often forget that many "short" carbohydrates appear in the blood as glucose just as quickly as sugar itself. We spent 12 years of intensive research to minimize the impact on blood sugar levels without compromising taste. This has now been confirmed by a study from the Medical University of Vienna (2022).

In 2022, MedUni Vienna conducted a study on changes in blood sugar levels after taking ZERO+ or glucose. 30 g of ZERO+ (white) or 30 g of glucose (red) were dissolved in 200 mL of tap water and measured over a period of 180 minutes after administration.
The results show that ZERO+ causes significantly lower fluctuations in blood sugar levels than glucose. Due to these minimal fluctuations, error bars could not be displayed. The data are presented as mean and standard error of the mean.
The study was published in the Nature Journal .
