Cancellation & Returns

OVERVIEW

This describes how withdrawal is handled on our site and how you can make use of it.Β 
A "consumer" within the meaning of our site is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction that cannot predominantly be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity.

SECTION 1 - INSTRUCTIONS FOR WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day,

  • where you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered uniformly;
  • where you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods, provided you have ordered several goods as part of a single order and these are delivered separately;
  • where you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, provided you have ordered goods that are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces.

To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

SECTION 2 - CONSEQUENCES OF WITHDRAWAL

If you revoke this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. We use the same payment method for refunds that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

In the case of a partial withdrawal, the delivery costs will not be refunded, as our delivery costs are calculated as a flat rate and are not based on the weight, size, or quantity of the goods.

We may refuse the refund until the products have been returned to us or until you have provided proof that you have returned the products to us, whichever occurs first.Β 

The withdrawal period is considered met if the products arrive within the 30-day period. You bear the costs of returning the products.

SECTION 3 - CRITERIA FOR EXCLUSION OR EXPIRATIONΒ 

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

  • for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
  • for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
  • for the delivery of alcoholic beverages whose price was agreed upon at the time of contract conclusion but which can only be delivered at the earliest 30 days after contract conclusion and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
  • for the delivery of newspapers, magazines or illustrated magazines except for subscription contracts.

The right of revocation expires prematurely for contracts

  • for the delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal was removed after delivery;
  • for the delivery of goods which are inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature;
  • for the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package, if the seal was removed after delivery.

SECTION 4 – PROCEDURE FOR WITHDRAWAL

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to revoke this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail) (Include your name, address, order number, info on what is to be returned, and the e-mail address you used to order.). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the revocation deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the deadline expires. We use the same payment method for the refund that was used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.Β
