Delivery and shipping

Shipping information at a glance

All orders are delivered within 2-4 business days, depending on the destination country. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high order volumes, shipping may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra days in transit for delivery. If a product is currently out of stock, we will ship the order as soon as the product is back in stock.

Delivery time:

Austria: 2 to 4 business days
Europe (BENELUX, DE, FR, IT, HR, SK, SLO, and HU): 2 to 4 business days
Europe (FI, GR, PT, and ES): 4 to 6 business days

Separate online shops for UK and USA

Fees:

Shipping costs depend on your order and are calculated and displayed at checkout. For orders in Austria and Germany, shipping costs €6. Shipping is free for orders over €35. For shipments outside these countries, a flat shipping fee of €10 applies.

Shipping service provider:

Our fulfillment partner is Quivo. We primarily ship with Austrian Post or DPD. DHL or Hermes are used as needed.

Confirmation and tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for a tracking number to become active.

Customs duties, fees, and taxes:

NEOH.COM is not responsible for additional customs duties and taxes imposed on your order – including any fees incurred during or after shipping.

Returns:

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. For more information, please see "Cancellation Policy".
