Shipping Information at a Glance

All orders are delivered within 2 to 4 business days, depending on the destination country. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During high order volumes, shipping may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra days for transit. If a product is currently out of stock, we will ship your order as soon as the product is back in stock.

Delivery Time:

Austria and Germany: 2 to 4 business days

Separate online shops for UK and USA

Fees:

Shipping costs depend on your order and will be calculated and displayed at checkout. For orders in Austria and Germany, shipping costs €6. Shipping is free for orders over €49.

Shipping Providers:

Our fulfillment partner is Quivo. We primarily ship with Austrian Post or DPD. DHL or Hermes are used as needed.

Confirmation and Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the tracking number to become active.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

NEOH.COM is not responsible for any additional customs duties and taxes applied to your order—including any fees incurred during or after shipping.

Returns:

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. For more information, please see "Cancellation Policy".
