The following terms and conditions apply to participation in the NEOH competition “EM-Aktion Goldenes Ticket” of NEOH by Alpha Republic GmbH, Thaliastraße 32/1/22 in 1160 Vienna, Austria (hereinafter “NEOH”).

The NEOH "European Championship Golden Ticket" competition includes all promotional packs of the Crunch, Coconut, and Peanut bar varieties. These only apply to the 3-packs that are explicitly marked as promotional packs with a promotional sticker.

Among them are a total of 50 packs of bars, each containing a hidden golden ticket. These packs were randomly selected in advance.

All persons over the age of 18 residing in Germany are eligible to participate. NEOH employees and their families, as well as employees and families of affiliated companies and employees of agencies entrusted with the competition, are excluded from participation.

Please keep the found Golden Ticket. NEOH will only confirm your winnings after an undamaged Golden Ticket has been handed over. A damaged Golden Ticket may be rejected by NEOH as invalid.

The participant shall bear the transmission costs that arise according to the tariff chosen by the telephone, mobile phone or, if applicable, internet provider.

Delivery of the prize: After confirmation of the prize, the prize will be delivered within 90 days.

Main prize:

The main prize (€10,000) will be paid to a SEPA payment account held by the participant within the European Union. Please note that the prize can only be paid out if the correct contact address and account details are provided. Cash payment is not possible.

Non-cash prizes:

The non-cash prizes will be delivered by mail to the address provided by the winner. Only mailing addresses in Germany are accepted for delivery. The prizes will be delivered to the address provided within 90 days of the prize confirmation. If the prize cannot be delivered to the address provided, the right to the prize will be forfeited. Upon receipt of the prize, the winner or a person authorized by the winner will sign a prize acceptance form. This will terminate all further obligations of NEOH to the winner.

The prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

NEOH and/or the participating agencies assume no liability for data loss, particularly during data transmission, and other technical defects. Participation in the name of third parties, especially through competition agencies, is not permitted.

NEOH reserves the right to exclude participants from the competition due to false information, manipulation, or the use of unauthorized aids. The excluded participant has no claims against NEOH. In these cases, the prize may be revoked and reclaimed, even retroactively. NEOH also reserves the right to modify the competition at any time or to end it prematurely without giving reasons. NEOH reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of participation at any time.

Legal recourse is excluded.

The exclusive applicable law is the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions of Participation be or become invalid or unenforceable, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely approximates the invalid provision in a legally permissible manner.
