Ingredients for 4-5 pieces:
- NEOH milk chocolate bundle of 3
- 300ml whipped cream
- 30ml coconut oil
- 1 egg yolk
- 15g powder erythritol
- 1/2 tsp carob bean gum
- Baking cocoa as desired
- Natural vanilla aroma
- Hazelnuts (Optional)
Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients except the chocolate in a mixing bowl with a stand mixer until a foamy mixture is formed. Attention: It doesn't get stiff, it doesn't have to! Then melt the NEOH chocolate in a water bath and fill silicone molds with it.
For the second version, chop the hazelnuts and fill them into the mold before adding the chocolate. Then let this harden. Then fill with ice cream and freeze again.
When the ice cream is frozen, add a final layer of chocolate on top and your ice cream with ZERO sugar added is ready!
