Ingredients
- approx. 130ml cream
- 3x 66g NEOH milk chocolate
- 40g butter
- Baking cocoa
Preparation:
Bring the cream to the boil. Then turn the stove to a lower heat so that the cream can cool down a little. Chop the NEOH chocolate and melt it in the cream with the butter and stir into a homogeneous mass. Feel free to stir in some baking cocoa too.
Put this mixture in the fridge for 2 hours. Then shape into small balls, roll in cocoa and refrigerate.
Tip: You can also give these chocolates as gifts without feeling guilty because: ZERO added sugar.
